The Black House Expansion project is a major initiative of the SBAA.

As a networking organization that serves in partnership with local chapters, our main endeavors are:
• To advance dialogue and strengthen networking between Stanford black alumni and with the University.
• To provide information to our membership and leverage our united voice to have an impact on University related issues.
• To promote and assist in increasing admissions of black students.
• To support establishing new local alumni chapters and encourage the growth of current chapters.
• To educate alumni on opportunities for participation and expand our role in the future development of the university.
• To support and reach out to current black students of the University.
