Updates to Club Emails and Website

As many of you know, the Stanford Club has recently transferred its newsletters and other communications processes to an automated system within the Stanford Alumni network. Going forward, all alumni can directly sign up and manage their own accounts to receive the monthly newsletters and other club communications. The directions are simple and require only a few clicks (see the 2 steps below).

The Stanford Club is also seeking volunteers to help with the design and maintenance of the club website. If you're familiar with web design or just how to type simple codes and would like to help in this endeavor, please contact Geoffrey Chan (Geoffrey.chan@gmail.com). It is envisioned that the work would only be a couple of hours per month in total. Thanks in advance for your interest!

To signup and receive club newsletters:

(In the Stanfordalumni.org website, you can manage not only your newsletter subscription to Hong Kong Stanford Club but also your Stanford contacts. Updating your Stanford contacts allow the alumni office to send you the "Stanford @ Where You Live" emails.)
Step 2: Email forwardingYou can also set your contact email to be your Preferred Email Address. For example, if you want to receive our newsletter via Gmail, just add your Gmail address in your Stanfordalumni.org Preferred Email Address.
