| Frank Wolak is an economics professor at Stanford. In this talk, he will discuss the determinants of the price of oil, the role of speculators and off-shore drilling. Given that fossil fuels will play a major role for the next century, Professor Wolak will analyze which energy policies are likely to be cost-effective, and which are not. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
