| Remember when you were a young, excited, naive 17-year old high school student? Do you remember how you felt when you opened your letter from the Dean of Admissions, inviting you to attend Leland Stanford Junior University? Were you anxious? Scared to leave home? Ready to decline the invitation because you could not afford tuition and other fees? Well, that's exactly what the newly admitted students of color are feeling. Please come out on Sunday to share your experiences and help us persuade these young, impressionable people that Stanford is the right choice they to make as they consider what undergraduate institution to attend. If you have not already done so, please RSVP to Bobby Barnes at bobby.barnes@gmail.com | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
