Dear Alum,
As you may know the National club (SNBAA) was re-launched in May 2004 at the Minority Alumni Conference at Stanford. If you are already a member, thanks for your support and congratulations for being on top of your game.

We are writing to you to dispel some confusion regarding who gets information from the national club. In order to comply with the University's privacy guidelines, we are not able to send any communication to you without your permission. Therefore if you are a Stanford black alum who would like to receive information about black people, events or issues of concern for the Stanford Black students and alumni (i.e. Us) you must subscribe to the National Black Alumni Association.

Even if you are a member of your local black alumni club, you have not and will not receive the same information.
