The Stanford Black Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter is your link to African-American Stanford students and parents past, present, and future in the dynamic Atlanta metropolitan area. Stanford University consistently ranks in the top ten of Black Enterprise Magazine's rankings of the best schools for African American students. SBAA-Atlanta works with the Stanford Club of Georgia in bringing a bit of Palo Alto to Atlanta.

AN ALUMNI ADMISSION INTERVIEWER
For the first time at Stanford, the Office of Undergraduate Admission will offer an optional interview to applicants. Alumni volunteers will conduct these interviews.
This week the Admissions Office will introduce the pilot interview program to alumni in five cities: ATLANTA, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, and Portland. SBAA-Atlanta and SBAA-NY wants to encourage all members to sign up
and stay in the loop.
In order to participate as an alumni interviewer you must register as a volunteer in OVAL – the new online volunteer database for Stanford Admissions. The link to register is

You will need to use your Stanford log-in. If you have questions about OVAL or the pilot interview program, please take a look at the FAQ page at http://admission.stanford.edu/oval/
Remember registration is not a formal commitment to be an interviewer, but it is the first step. Thanks in advance for your consideration and participation.
