Your annual dues give you access to a wide range of events and services, many of which are open only to members, including:

• Access to our Alumni in Entertainment Directory and Resource List – in print and soon to be online.

• Access to our Job Board.

• Submission to our Spec TV Pilot & Script competition, judged by TV executives and Stanford alumni. The winner will be announced and promoted just in time for pilot season!

• Submission to the annual Stanford Alumni Film Festival.

• Our annual Fireside Chat - a small group, intimate evening with a VIP alum in entertainment, at their residence.

• Formal Mentorship Program (being developed in 2007).

In addition, many of our events are offered free or at reduced cost to our members, including:

• The annual Oscar party is just around the corner on February 25, free for members, non-members $15. This is tentatively scheduled as a joint event with the U. of Michigan entertainment group.

• Our Fall Roundtable/Panel – members $15, non-members $25.

• The annual Holiday party – free for members, non-members $10.

• Additional networking and career building events occurring throughout the year.

2007 will be a year of firsts, as well. We are also in the final development stages of our updated and redesigned website, complete with member news, photo gallery, and a Members Only Section featuring:

• A Members Only Online Membership Directory

• A Members Only Job Board

• Members Only access to our "Resource List" - alumni, working in the biz, who have agreed to talk with and advise other members.
